Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments, we have decided to introduce a deposit policy to help us better manage our appointment schedule.
Going forward, a 50% deposit of your scheduled service will be required at the time you make your appointment. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of your visit.
Please note:
• The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
• If you cancel without prior notice or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
In Japan, failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered discourteous and against common etiquette.
As a courtesy to our long-time, trusted clients, we may waive the deposit requirement at our discretion. If you are an established customer, you may continue to book your appointments by phone or online without paying a deposit.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us continue providing the best service to all of our valued clients.
